The Journey of Jyotishacharya Gaurav – From Stars to Soul Every seeker’s journey begins with a question. For Jyotishacharya Gaurav Kapur, that question appeared very early in life. At the age of 13, while most children were busy with routine pursuits, Gaurav found himself drawn to the night sky. With a telescope in hand, he would spend hours observing planets, stars, and nakshatras. What began as curiosity soon became a calling. Somewhere between constellations and cosmic silence, he felt a deep connection with the universe. By 1989, his path became more inward. He immersed himself in mantra sadhana and meditation, discovering that astrology was not just about planets — it was about consciousness, karma, and inner evolution. The Guru Appears In 1996, destiny guided him to Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi, where he formally began his Jyotish studies. Under disciplined training, he completed his Jyotish Acharya degree in 1998. But the greatest blessing came in the form of his guru – Shri K.N. Rao, one of the most respected astrologers of India. Gaurav became part of his research group, where astrology was not taught as a business, but as a sacred vidya. Here, he learned to read charts not mechanically, but with intuition, logic, and spiritual depth. Every horoscope became a story of karma, not just prediction. His research expanded into:
